Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were indeed comfortable and had a lovely loveseat and spacious desk, perfect for work. However, the room rate was a bit high, making it hard to stay longer. The service was excellent, with friendly and professional staff quick to accommodate our needs. The location was ideal for our group, although there seemed to be some ongoing work on the air conditioning system. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited due to ongoing construction. On the positive side, the hotel offered us local and seasonal products during our stay.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the service was exceptional, making our stay great despite the blizzard conditions, and the location was perfect for our small group. However, the rooms were not ideal, full of the stench of stale smoke, and the price was a bit expensive for what we received.
The hotel had well-appointed rooms with complimentary waters and mints, but the lack of a wall thermostat was a downside as the radiator-type control made the room too stuffy. The noisy AC unit disrupted my sleep entirely, leading to a restless night.
The hotel had a convenient location for our small group with good lighting, but the room's air conditioning was noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The staff was friendly and easy to deal with, offering services promptly. The dining experience was enjoyable, with cheerful staff, but the sushi was not available at the moment. The facilities were satisfactory with basic amenities.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was a bit pricey but well-appointed, offering a comfortable loveseat and a spacious desk area for work. The service was top-notch, with David at the front desk being particularly helpful. The location was ideal for our group, and the dining experience was included and enjoyable. Overall, a few minor downsides, but a pleasant experience.
The hotel was a bit pricey for my liking, but I would have extended my stay if it wasn't so expensive. The room lacked a wall thermostat, which made it difficult to adjust the temperature comfortably. The loud A/C unit kept me up all night, resulting in virtually no sleep due to the constant noise and stuffiness in the room.
